Stew chicken with olives
Fans of the spoon stews are in luck thanks to this traditional recipe with the touch 2.0 of the olives.
Ingredients (2 units)
• Manzanilla olives
• 2 free range chicken thighs
• 1,06 Oz. Strips of bacon
• Onion
• Flour
• Chicken broth
Directions
Step 1: Fry the chicken thighs with the bacon until golden.Step 2: Add chicken broth and olives to the stew.
Step 3: Cook until the broth is reduced and the chicken is tender.
