Ingredients (1 tapa)
• Arbequina green olives
• 1 boiled egg
• 0,53 Onz. Serrano ham
• 0,71 Onz. Mayonnaise
DirectionsStep 1: Cut each of the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolk.
Step 2: In a bowl, put the yolk, the minced serrano ham and the mayonnaise. Cut the olives in small dices and stir to mix all the ingredients together.
Step 3: Stuff the eggs with this mixture and top with minced green olives.
