Black olive chip cookies

Ingredients (24 units)
• Hojiblanca olives
• Pastry flour
• Sugar
• Brown sugar
• Butter
• 1 egg
• Leaven
Directions
Step 1: Sieve the flour and add the leaven.Step 2: On the other hand, mix the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar.
Step 3: Add the egg and stir to mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4: Add the flour and the minced olives.
Step 5: Let the dough rest in the fridge.
Step 6: Make some balls with the dough and put them on a baking sheet. Bake at 180º for 15 minutes.
