Black olive chip cookies

Ingredients (24 units)

• Hojiblanca olives

• Pastry flour

• Sugar

• Brown sugar

• Butter

• 1 egg

• Leaven

Directions

Step 1: Sieve the flour and add the leaven.

Step 2
: On the other hand, mix the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar.

Step 3
: Add the egg and stir to mix all the ingredients together.

Step 4
: Add the flour and the minced olives.

Step 5
: Let the dough rest in the fridge.

Step 6
: Make some balls with the dough and put them on a baking sheet. Bake at 180º for 15 minutes.
