Smoked salmon canape with olives
Surprise your guests and friends with these delicious canapes. They are sophisticated but very easy to prepare. They will save you from more than one hurry!
• 10 canape toasts
• 170gr smoked salmon
• 200gr chopped Hojiblanca black olives
• 150gr cheese cream
• Virgin olive oil
Spread cheese on the toasts.
Put portions of smoked salmon on top of the cheese and place some slices of olives on top of the salmon.
Dress with olive oil and add pepper and dill to taste.
Suggestion: you can grate more black olives and sprinkle them over the canapes.
