Sauteed squid with olives

Ingredients (2 units)

• 1,41 Oz. Fresh garlic sprouts

• 2,82 Oz. Squid

• Ginger

• Hojiblanca olives

• White sesame

• Chopped chives

• Chilli pepper


Step 1: Sauté squid legs and fresh garlic sprouts on long poles, along with ginger slices, some chopped chilli pepper and chopped chives.

Step 2: To finish, add some white sesame.
