Countryside Style Pincho

The only bad thing about this brochette of Cacereña olives and quail is that when you put it on the table, it flies!.

Ingredients (1 unit)

• 1 pickled quail thigh

• 2 Cherry tomatoes

• Cacereña olives

• 1 twig of thyme

• 1 piece of bread

Directions

Step 1: Fry the cherry tomatoes until skin peels off.

Step 2: Set the brochette on the piece of bread with cherry tomatoes, the Cacereña olives and the pickled quail thigh.

Step 3: Add the pickle of the quail and a little thyme.
