Green summer salad

Five minutes is the time you will need to prepare the green salad with which you will triumph this summer. A delicious mix of sprouts, avocado and Queen olives!

Ingredients 4 people

Prep Time: 5 minutes

• ½ cup Queen pitted olives

• 1 bag of mix of green sprouts

• 1 avocado

• ¾ cup of cooked prawns

• 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard in grains

• Balsamic vinegar

• Extra virgin olive oil

• Black and toasted sesame

• Salt

Directions

Step 1: Peel and chop the avocado in squares.

Step 2: Make the vinaigrette mixing vinegar, mustard, extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.

Step 3: In a bowl, mix the green sprouts with the vinaigrette.

Step 4: Serve the sprouts and add the olives, prawns, and avocado. End by decorating it with a little sesame and some whole olives.
