Ingredients (4 tapas)

• Manzanilla olives

• 4 bao buns

• 3,53 Oz. Roast lamb

• 1,76 Oz. Cucumber

• 4 Cilantro leaves

• Yogurt sauce

Directions

Step 1: Chop the roast lamb meat.

Step 2: Steam the bao buns.

Step 3: Stuff the bao buns with roast lamb, some cucumber slices and fresh cilantro.

Step 4: Add some yogurt sauce. Ready to enjoy!!!
