Solid Gazpacho

Hojiblanca olives, cucumber, red pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes… Mix them and prepare a gazpacho that you can eat!

Ingredients (3 units)

• Hojiblanca black olives

• 2,12 Oz. Cucumber

• 2,12 Oz. Red pepper

• 2,12 Oz. Green onion stalk

• 6 cherry tomatoes

• Crusty bread slices

• Virgin olive oil


Step 1: Chop all the ingredients (Olives, cucumber, red pepper, onion and cherry tomatoes) and mix them.

Step 2: Put the mixture over the bread.

Step 3: To conclude, add more Hojiblanca olives to taste and dress it with virgin olive oil.
