• 15 oz. of olives stuffed with pimiento
• 1 cup of flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 2 sprigs of parsley
• Olive oil
DirectionsStep 1: In a bowl, mix the eggs well with the help of an eggbeater or a fork.
Step 2: Add the olives in the flour, pass them through the egg and toss them in breadcrumbs.
Step 3: Fry the olives in hot oil, once golden remove and rest on paper towel.
Step 4: Chop the parsley. In a dish, put the breaded olives and prickle some of them with thoothsticks. Finish with the chopped parsley to decorate.
