Picual extra virgin olive oil, shaved tomatoes, basil-leek aioli, olives, pickled garlic, piparra peppers, and fresh country bread.
• Green and black marinated olives
• 500gr mixed, pitted spanish olives
• 1 pic lemon zest
• 0.5 pic lemon juice 1 pic orange zest & juice
• 1 tsp thyme leaves 0.25 ts ground garlic
• 0.25 tsp black pepper
Drain olives from natural juices and take them into a bowl.
Grate orange peel and add its juice to olives. Grate lemon peel and add its juice to olives. Take some thyme leaves and add them to olives.
Crush black pepper, grind garlic and add them to olives.
Add rest of ingredients, mix well and keep in refrigerator.
